• How do I know if my order went through?

Once your payment go through, we will send a E-mail to the address you entered when you submit information at checkout. If you do not receive it, pls contact us. We will find out the problem.

  • Can I  cancel my order?

Most of the time, orders will be picked and packed within 24 hours. You can try to cancel it within 6 hours of your order. But we can not guarantee that we can cancel it successfully. We always try to ship your order as soon as possible.

  • Why is there not tracking update?

When transit internationally, the tracking info of package may not update before it is cleared by local customs and entry is granted into your country. Please wait patiently and there will be updates once the process is completed.

  •  How can I track my order?

You can track your order through the link in the E-mail we send you after your payment go through.

  • I don't receive it.
